Why is Van Millwork merging with Horner Millwork?
Van Millwork is joining forces with Horner Millwork to expand product offerings, improve service capabilities, and provide greater value to our customers. This merger allows us to leverage Horner’s extensive inventory, manufacturing, and distribution network while maintaining the same high level of service.

Will the Van Millwork name still exist?
Van Millwork will operate under the Horner Millwork name once the transition is complete.

Will the Needham showroom remain open?
The Needham showroom will become a Horner showroom and will be staffed by inside sales Monday through Friday.

When is the merger taking effect?
The transition is already underway, and we expect to complete full integration by May 1st.

Sales & Service

Will my sales representative change?
No, you will continue working with your existing Van Millwork sales representatives. Your point of contact remains the same. Our sales teams will be working at one of our diverse locations in Somerset, Southboro, or Needham.

Will there be any changes in customer service or ordering processes?
The Van inside sales team will continue to support our customers as they always have. Most processes will remain the same.

You can continue reaching out to your current sales representative Additionally, our customer service team is available to assist with any inquiries.

What happens to my existing orders?
All existing orders will be fulfilled as scheduled. We are doing everything to ensure little to no disruption to orders that have already been placed.

Will products be changing?
As part of Horner Millwork, you will now have access to a wider range of high-quality millwork products and resources.

• Interior doors will remain the same.
• Moldings: The most popular profiles are still available and will be combined with the full array of in stock Horner profiles.
• Stair parts: The most popular styles are still available and will be combined with Horner’s large variety of stock from Cooper, Fitts, Prestige metal, and House of Forgings.

What additional products does Horner Millwork offer?

• Preassembled stairs and a vast selection of stair parts
• Custom wood doors
• MDF doors
• Windows
• Cabinets
• Commercial doors, frames, hardware

Logistics, Delivery, Customer Pickups

With the Bellingham location closing, where can I pick up products?
Pickup options:

• Horner Millwork locations in Somerset, Southboro, or Pembroke
• The Van Millwork Needham showroom
• Job site delivery for added convenience

Will delivery services change?
No, we will continue to offer the same reliable delivery services. Additionally, next-day job site delivery will be available for many orders.

Account and Invoicing

Will I need to fill out a new credit application for Horner Millwork?
Yes, unless you already have an account with Horner Millwork

Which company should I pay?
Pay the company named on your invoice (i.e. Horner Millwork or Van Millwork)

We plan to follow this schedule:

• For orders delivered prior to May 1, you will receive an invoice from Van Millwork. Please pay Van.
• For orders delivered on or after May 1, you will receive an invoice from Horner Millwork. Please pay Horner.

What are my options to pay Horner?
