This month’s featured project from our 2025 Horner Wall Calendar is the Hyannis Harbor Hotel, a Cape Cod landmark that recently underwent a full-scale renovation following a devastating fire. Led by Pariseault Builders, this $12M project included the full demolition and reconstruction of 62 guest rooms across two floors, totaling over 21,000 square feet. The work also included construction of a new elevator and stair tower, reconstruction of two stair towers, courtyard façade improvements, updates to common areas, and extensive fire protection upgrades.

Rebuilding a Cape Cod Landmark // For this project, our Horner Commercial team supplied a comprehensive door and hardware package designed to meet the needs of a busy hotel environment without compromising style. We provided Masonite Storm Guard Fiberglass Doors for the exterior entrances to each guest room, giving them a durable, weather-resistant barrier with a warm and inviting look. Inside, Architectural Concepts MDF doors were installed for each guest room bathroom, offering a smooth, modern finish that complements the fresh interior design. In public areas and stairwells, Ceco Hollow Metal Doors and frames were used for their strength and code-compliant performance. A complete commercial hardware package rounded out our contribution, ensuring safety and long-term reliability throughout the hotel.
