This month’s featured project from our 2025 Horner Wall Calendar is a custom home built by Joel Philbrick of JR Development Group LLC. A Masonite Vistagrande fiberglass door unit, featuring 9-lite prairie style flush-glazed glass, makes a bold first impression. Factory finished in Tricorn Black using Horner’s Fortress Coating System, the door’s striking appearance is complemented by two sidelites, creating an elegant entry that sets the tone for the entire home.

Meticulous Craftsmanship with Every Detail
The project features coffered ceilings with intricate crown mouldings, classic window and door head mouldings, and beautiful custom stair parts that deliver the ultimate luxury experience. No detail of this home was overlooked.

Interior Doors That Make an Impression
Two-panel MDF doors were selected to complement the home’s timeless style, while a barn door at the pantry adds both charm and convenience.
